Two Output Levels for Dedicated Vehicle Projects
The 72V160 and 72V200 models are developed for specialty vehicles that use a 76.8V battery platform. The two configurations provide different capacity, energy, and output-current levels, allowing project buyers and equipment integrators to compare the battery options according to vehicle power, operating load, available installation space, and expected working requirements.
The 72V160 offers a nominal capacity of 147Ah, nominal energy of 11,290Wh, and an output current of 150A. The 72V200 increases these values to 181Ah, 13,900Wh, and 200A. This gives buyers a clear choice between two power configurations without changing the standard voltage platform.
Separate Dimension Checks for Each Model
The 72V160 weighs 77 ±1kg and measures 645 × 320 × 273mm. The 72V200 weighs 89 ±1kg and measures 650 × 330 × 240mm. Although the 72V200 has higher capacity and current output, it is not larger in every dimension. Its height is 240mm, compared with 273mm for the 72V160.
This difference means installation compatibility cannot be judged by battery capacity alone. Buyers should separately check the length, width, height, product weight, connection conditions, and vehicle mounting structure for each model. The vehicle body must also be able to support the weight of the selected battery.
A Specialty Vehicle Lithium Battery is normally matched to a specific equipment structure and operating condition. For this reason, general vehicle category information is not sufficient for final selection.
Application-Based Configuration Process
Before volume purchasing, the team can review the intended vehicle application, working voltage, load requirement, and installation conditions. A suitable product configuration is then selected for sample production and testing.
The sample approval stage helps verify electrical parameters and physical dimensions before the manufacturing order is released. When an adjustment is required, the Suzhou team coordinates customer communication and supply chain arrangements, while the Xuzhou production team manages manufacturing, process follow-up, and finished-product inspection.
The final configuration should be based on the confirmed vehicle specifications rather than only on the nominal capacity or model name.
Quality Inspection and Document Confirmation
Orders are managed through incoming material inspection, in-process testing, and finished-product verification. Available testing equipment supports checks related to electrical safety, power stability, environmental adaptability, and cycle use. Delivery is arranged after the completed battery passes the required outgoing inspection.
For volume orders, production and quality personnel follow the product during order execution. After delivery, the company provides agreed after-sales support and commits to responding promptly and offering a solution within 24 hours.
Certification or test documents must be confirmed for the selected 72V160 or 72V200 model and the requirements of the target market. Documents should not be assumed to apply to every product configuration without verification.
