The Suzhou headquarters, located in Mudu Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou, functions as the R&D and operations center. It is responsible for core technology development, product design, market channel expansion, supply chain coordination, and full-lifecycle customer service. Focusing on the R&D and commercialization of technologies related to new energy charging and swapping, energy recovery systems, and resource recycling, the center provides technical leadership and resource support to the manufacturing arm but does not house large-scale mass production lines.
The Xuzhou manufacturing base is operated by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xuzhou Zhouji New Energy Co., Ltd. Located in Xinyi City, Xuzhou, it serves as the company's core physical manufacturing platform. The base has completed official filing for a project with an annual capacity of 5,000 new energy charging piles. It features standardized production workshops and supporting functional zones, possessing end-to-end manufacturing capabilities that include the assembly of AC/DC charging piles, processing of core electrical components, manufacturing of new energy prime mover equipment, production of battery parts, and the cascade utilization of retired power batteries. Implementing a standardized production management system, the base maintains autonomous control over the entire process-from incoming component inspection and in-process quality control to final product verification-thereby ensuring stable delivery efficiency and consistent product quality to meet the company's supply demands across the national market.
