Four Configurations for Different Motorcycle Platforms
This series includes four options: 60V23, 60V40, 72V23, and 72V40. The 60V models use a 64V standard voltage, while the 72V models use 76.8V. Nominal capacities are available in 21Ah and 30Ah, with nominal energy ranging from 1,344Wh to 2,304Wh. This range gives motorcycle manufacturers, replacement battery suppliers, and product developers clear choices for different voltage platforms, battery compartments, and output requirements.
A Lithium Battery for Electric Motorcycles must match the vehicle voltage, controller, motor load, and available installation space. Models with the same capacity are not automatically interchangeable when their voltage, dimensions, weight, or output current differs.
Compact Models and Higher-Capacity Options
The 60V23 model measures 329 × 185 × 160mm and weighs 9 ±1kg. It provides 21Ah capacity, 1,344Wh nominal energy, and 40A output current. The 72V23 uses the same external dimensions, but its weight is 10 ±1kg, standard voltage is 76.8V, nominal energy is 1,612Wh, and output current is 60A.
For motorcycles that need more capacity, the 60V40 and 72V40 models both provide 30Ah. The 60V40 offers 1,920Wh nominal energy, 40A output current, a weight of 17 ±1kg, and dimensions of 352 × 180 × 170mm. The 72V40 provides 2,304Wh nominal energy and 40A output current, with a weight of 20 ±1kg and dimensions of 391 × 180 × 170mm.
Actual riding range depends on motor power, vehicle load, speed, and operating environment. Capacity and energy values should therefore be used for comparison, not treated as a guaranteed distance.
Model Matching and Sample Validation
Before production, the supplier can review the motorcycle type, target specification, installation limits, and intended use. The team then matches a standard model or discusses a customized direction. A sample is produced and tested first. The order moves to volume production only after the sample is approved.
This step allows the buyer to verify voltage, dimensions, current output, and vehicle fit before installing a larger quantity. It is also useful for distributors planning a product range, because 21Ah and 30Ah options can cover different motorcycle models and purchasing budgets without mixing specifications.
Production Support and Delivery Control
The Suzhou team manages customer communication, solution design, and supply chain coordination. The Xuzhou team handles assembly, parts processing, production management, and finished-product inspection.
Incoming parts, production processes, and completed batteries are checked in stages. Delivery is arranged only after the battery passes final inspection. Buyers can provide the vehicle voltage platform, battery compartment size, and target capacity at the inquiry stage so the appropriate configuration can be reviewed before sampling and production.
