Independent Solar Power for 48V Battery Systems
This 6000W inverter is designed for photovoltaic electricity systems that do not rely on continuous power from the public grid. It can operate with a 48V battery bank, solar modules, and independent electrical loads.
The maximum photovoltaic power is 8000W. The configuration can be considered for independent household power, remote-area electricity use, temporary facilities, and other solar projects that require an off-grid system.
Selection should include the continuous load, equipment starting power, daily electricity demand, battery capacity, and available solar generation. Inverter power alone does not determine how long the system can operate or whether it can support every connected appliance.
PV Input and Charging Parameters
The PV open-circuit voltage parameter is 500Vdc, and the MPPT operating voltage range is 85–500Vdc. Solar charging current and utility charging current are both 120A.
The maximum charging current is 120A, while the maximum discharge current is 130A. Solar module strings should remain within the specified photovoltaic voltage range. Temperature and light conditions can change module voltage, so the array should be assessed using the actual project environment.
The battery bank must also provide a suitable voltage, capacity, and current level for the planned load. Solar input, battery storage, and equipment demand should be reviewed as one complete system.
Single-Unit and Parallel Applications
The Solar Off-grid Inverter supports up to twelve units in parallel. This allows buyers to discuss a larger system configuration when one inverter is not sufficient for the planned application.
Before purchasing one or several units, the project team should confirm load quantity, battery-bank capacity, solar module specifications, and the expected parallel scale. Stable off-grid operation depends on the available battery energy, solar generation, load timing, and coordinated system design.
The source material does not list AC output voltage, output frequency, communication interface, conversion efficiency, or equipment dimensions. These parameters should be confirmed during inquiry, sample approval, or technical agreement preparation. Values should not be copied from another inverter with the same power rating.
Sample Approval and Factory Inspection
The Suzhou team can review the photovoltaic modules, battery system, off-grid load, and purchasing requirements. A sample is produced and tested after the solution is agreed.
The Xuzhou base then manages core electrical component processing, complete-unit assembly, production control, and finished-product inspection. Quality checks include incoming inspection, process inspection, and outgoing verification. Withstand-voltage and insulation testers, comprehensive performance testing equipment, and electronic component inspection instruments support the production process.
Products are delivered after final inspection. After-sales requests receive a timely response, with a solution provided within 24 hours.
